Like most (all?) of you, I've experienced thrilling jobs. Then there have been the times that I've only been working; times in which my job lacked the meaning I wanted. I felt disconnected. My experience, coupled with research, led to the development of a framework that helps you build meaning in your current job and throughout your talent development career. This framework focuses on the "what" questions that need to be answered to have meaning:
What do I talk about with supervisors?
What do I talk about with peers?
What metrics are important to me?
